Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Refund Structure:
Non-Refundable Items: Certain services such as park fees, flights, hotel deposits, and third-party services may be non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear on the departure date without prior notice will result in no refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date, credit, or full refund.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
